I offer hope by providing counseling services to those struggling to manage life’s challenges. I provide an opportunity to help the individual learn how to cope with difficult and painful times so that they can be fully engaged in their life.

Sara is available to provide presentations to public, schools, church groups, and workplaces about stress management, effective workplace relationships, and mindfulness and meditation. These presentations highlight how to utilize mindful techniques in stress management, effective workplace relationships, and daily mindful and meditation practices.
The practice of Mindfulness often leads to a sense of balance and psychological well-being and contributes to a life of love for self and for others. While this is a simple practice, it can be both challenging and transformative. Our usual mode of being involves replaying scenes from our past and planning our future. Mindfulness is a tool for training our mind to be fully present with our experiences as they are happening.
